PLD Firmware stable

The PLD firmware is stable, so it is now possible to order a GSM Scanner!

Updating the Microcontroller firmware can be done without additional hardware and any updates will be available on the website.

Currently you have to connect to the Scanner using a RS232 client. The next step is the completion of logging software, which can be downloaded later.
